On my rest day I… hang out with my girlfriend, go hiking, and of course eat!
I am originally from Kaohsiung, but moved to Taipei in 1999. During high school, I spent an entire year in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I became an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and the team’s former All-Star Andrew McCutchen. As Wiz Khalifa track goes, I love everything "Black and Yellow”. In Pittsburgh, friends and I would often celebrate a Steelers win with a Roethlisburger, a hamburger patty piled high sausage, cheese, and fried eggs. I have also lived in the Jersey Shore, and travelled all around the United States.
Living back in Taipei is not without its perks. I love being in an international city with a veritable bevy of food choices. Going to gourmet hot pot restaurants, rib joints, and traditional Taiwanese eateries are always go-to places.
